Moon Knight v1 001

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Marc Spector is an American rabbi's wayward son. As an adult, at some point in his life he was working as a mercenary, and while working under another mercenary, Raoul Bushman, in the arid grounds of Egipt, the group stumbles upon an archaeological dig whose crew includes Dr. Peter Alraune.

The dig had uncovered an ancient temple where artifacts included a statue of  the Egiptian moon god Khonshu. Needless to say, the mercenary leader was more interested in the monetary value of the artifacts, so when they face the disapproval of the other party, Bushman kills Dr. Alraune, which didn't make a happy Spector, who challenges the mercenary leader, no matter the result of the one-one-fight, Spector is left without any cover from the harsh nature of the desert.

After some hours, Spector's heart stopped, but Khonshu had another plans for Marc, which didn't include his final rest, and he was resurrected...
